He received his Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 1993 from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
Lea Ann Allen has been a licensed insurance agent since 1994. Before that she worked in the medical field in an administrative capacity for over 8 years. She attended Louisiana State University.
